Sensory Time by Fun Bins is simply sensory play time for toddlers and their caregivers.

It's not a preschool, daycare, or therapy program. These sessions are guided sensory experiences where materials are thoughtfully set up, children lead the play, and adults stay close to observe, participate, and connect. There’s no curriculum to follow, just space for curiosity, repetition, and joy.

Materials are thoughtfully prepared and age-appropriate, so you can enjoy the moment without the mess or prep.

Session sign-ups, product availability, and updates are shared through the website and social media. You can now book sessions directly through the live calendar. If a session is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist.

What happens if I join the interest list?

Joining the list means you’ll receive registration details, session reminders, any updates related to these Sensory Time sessions. It does not require immediate payment and does not guarantee a spot.

How long are the sessions?

50 minutes.

What ages is this for?

Sensory Time is designed for toddlers and preschool-age kids. Specific age ranges may vary by session and will always be listed before you sign up.

Do parents or caregivers stay during the session?

Yes. Sensory Time is a caregiver-attended experience. Adults stay with their child, observe, participate if they’d like, and help support safe play.

How do I book a sensory time?

Booking is easy! Browse our live calendar, pick a session that works for you, and reserve your spot. Spaces are limited and fill quickly. If a session is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. Registration is required to attend.

Do you offer discounts, packages, or memberships?

Yes. Multi-session bundles are usually available and offer a discounted way to attend multiple Sensory Time sessions. Bundle options and availability are shared through our booking links and interest list.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Because materials and space are prepared in advance, registrations are non-refundable within 24 hours of the session. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future date. If a session must be rescheduled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will be notifies at least 24 hours in advance and may choose a full refund or credit toward the next available session.

Bundle Sessions
Bundle purchases are non-refundable and cannot be reversed once completed. Sessions included in a bundle must be scheduled and used within the designated timeframe. If you need to reschedule a booked session, the same 24-hour notice policy applies.

What kinds of materials do you use?

Materials are chosen with age, safety, and sensory exploration in mind. Taste-safe options are used when appropriate, especially for younger children.

Fun Bins uses a mix of dry sensory fillers and hands-on materials such as:

Colored pasta, rice, beans, and other scoop-and-pour materials
Homemade playdough
Open-ended tools and simple manipulatives

What should we wear?

Comfortable clothes that can get a little messy are best. Sensory play sometimes involves spills, textures, and hands-on exploration.

Can I purchase sensory bin fillers used in the session to take home?

Yes! Select sensory fillers and ready-to-play activity trays used during sessions may be available for purchase, depending on inventory. Details will be shared during class or through our website and social channels.
