1. Educational /Play Disclaimers

Fun Bins LLC activities and products are designed for playful, hands-on exploration.
They are not a preschool program, therapy service, or childcare service.

Children should always be supervised by a caregiver while using Fun Bins LLC products.

Sensory Time
Advanced registration is required for all Sensory Time sessions, which can be done online via our website.
The session fee is due upon registration or before entering the session.
If you need to cancel your spot for a session, please email Carolina at hello@funbins.com at least 1 hour BEFORE the start of your Sensory time to avoid the "No Show" cancellation fee of $10 per child.
There are no make-up classes or refunds for missed sessions.

2. Age & Safety Note

Recommended ages are listed as a guideline.
Some materials may include small parts and are not suitable for children under 3.

Taste-safe does not mean edible. Materials are intended for sensory play only.

3. Product Variation Disclaimer (for handmade items)

As handmade items, colors, textures, and materials may vary slightly from photos.

4. Availability & Sales Note

Products are currently available at local markets, pop-ups, or by inquiry.
Online purchasing is not available at this time.

PRODUCT SALES TERMS (Sensory Fillers & Activity Trays)

Product Sales Terms

Fun Bins LLC sells ready-to-use sensory fillers, activity trays, and related materials for children. All products are prepared and packaged by Fun Bins using non-toxic materials intended for supervised play. Products are sold online, at markets, pop-up events, and during in-person sessions.

By purchasing products from Fun Bins, I acknowledge that:

The products are intended for supervised play by a caregiver.
Products are not toys intended for unsupervised use.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring products are appropriate for the child’s age and developmental level.

PRODUCT LIABILITY / SAFETY DISCLAIMER

Product Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Sensory fillers and activity materials are made with non-toxic ingredients. However, Fun Bins LLC cannot guarantee that products are free from all allergens or contaminants. Customers are responsible for reviewing product ingredients and for ensuring products are safe for their child’s specific allergies or sensitivities.

Fun Bins LLC is not responsible for any allergic reactions, choking hazards, or injuries that may occur from use of products, including misuse or unsupervised use. Products should be used only under adult supervision.

By purchasing products from Fun Bins, I agree that Fun Bins is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of products.

PARTY BOOKING TERMS

Fun Bins LLC offers private sensory play parties and group bookings for birthdays or special events. Parties may be held at rented venues, host locations, or private homes.

By booking a party, I acknowledge that:

I am responsible for ensuring adult supervision for all children attending.
Fun Bins is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur due to lack of supervision.
A liability waiver and health and safety acknowledgement must be completed prior to the event.
Any venue requirements (insurance, permissions, access, setup time) are the responsibility of the party organizer unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the party will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may require additional fees.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS (Sensory Tables / Bins)

Fun Bins LLC may rent sensory tables, bins, and related equipment for parties or events. Rental equipment is cleaned and inspected before each use. Customers are responsible for proper setup, supervision, and use of all rented equipment.

By renting equipment from Fun Bins, I agree that:

I am responsible for supervising children while using the equipment.
I will not allow children to use equipment without adult supervision.
I will return equipment in the same condition as received.
I will be responsible for any damage, loss, or missing items.

Fun Bins LLC is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from misuse of rented equipment.
