WHAT IS A SENSORY PARTY?
A Sensory Party is a curated sensory play setup made up of multiple activity stations. Each station offers a different way for children to explore textures, colors, and fine motor play at their own pace.
Fun Bins thoughtfully designs and prepares the sensory stations ahead of time. Parents or caregivers guide and supervise play during the party.

Where do you offer Sensory Parties?
Sensory Parties are available in Prosper, Celina, Frisco, and surrounding areas.
Travel fees may apply outside the immediate area.
What ages are Sensory Parties best for?
Sensory Parties are designed for children 1–5 years old. Activities are tailored to your child’s age to ensure materials are developmentally appropriate and safe for little hands.
Do you stay during the party?
No. Fun Bins provides the sensory setup only. Parents or caregivers supervise and guide play during the party.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 3–5 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. Last-minute requests may be accommodated depending on availability.

Are the materials safe?
All materials are non-toxic and age-appropriate. Some materials may be taste-safe but are not intended for eating. Activities are planned with safety in mind, especially for younger toddlers.
Can you accommodate themes?
Yes! Sensory stations can be customized around most themes, colors, and interests.
Are bins or trays included?
Yes. Sensory bins/trays are included with every party package.
Bins and tools are provided for use during the party and are picked up or returned after the event (details coordinated in advance).
Can we keep the bins?
Families may choose to keep the bins for an additional fee. This is a popular option for families who want to continue sensory play at home after the party.
What size are the sensory bins?
Most sensory stations use toddler-friendly bins measuring approximately 24” x 16”. They can be set up on the floor or on low tables, depending on your space.
Do we keep the materials?
Yes! All consumable materials (fillers, dough, loose parts, bases) are yours to keep after the party. If tools are provided for use during the party, they will be clearly noted in advance.
What do I need to provide?

What happens after the party?
After the party:

All consumable materials (fillers, dough, loose parts) are yours to keep

Bins and reusable tools are returned or picked up, unless you’ve chosen the keep option
Return instructions will be shared before the event to make it easy and stress-free.
Do I need to clean the bins?
No deep cleaning required.
We ask that bins are:

Emptied of loose materials

Wiped or shaken out if possible
Normal play mess is expected, we handle sanitizing afterward.
What if my child has allergies or sensitivities?
Please share any allergies, sensitivities, or special considerations when booking. We’ll do our best to adjust materials when possible.
